What Beds Come With A Mattress?

Any beds that come with a mattress will have a section of the description explaining the type of mattress. For example, Divan Beds (https://www.bedfactorydirect.co.uk/beds/divan-beds) will come with a mattress and explain this in the description and Divan Bases (https://www.bedfactorydirect.co.uk/beds/divan-base) do not have the mattress in the description. We order our fabrics from the best suppliers but we appreciate you might want to see the fabric yourself. All our Ottoman (https://www.bedfactorydirect.co.uk/beds/storage-and-ottoman-beds) and Divan (https://www.bedfactorydirect.co.uk/beds/divan-beds) bases, as well as all other products, have a "Specifications" tab next to the descriptions tab under the pictures. In this "Specifications" tab you will find the measurements of the bases including width, height and depth.

Can you remove my old bed?

We are able to provide this service in certain areas depending on how your bed is being delivered (the bed to be removed must be disassembled before delivery). Can I specify a time for delivery?

We aim to get your bed to you on your preferred delivery date however we can not provide a specific time and it will be an all day call. When your item is shipped, if possible, the courier will text with a more specific time but unfortunately, we have no control over the courier company's delivery schedule on the delivery day.

Is your site secure?

Please don't worry about sending your credit or debit card details via our website. All transactions are totally secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. This can be confirmed by the website address starting with https in the address bar and your web browser of choice showing a closed padlock symbol.

Will you pass my details to anyone else?

We only pass your name, address and contact details to our couriers so that they can process your delivery. We never pass your details to any marketing companies.

Can I return a bed if I don't like it?

Opened Items Unfortunately once a bed or mattress has been slept on we cannot accept returns due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. We strongly advise trying the mattress in a store (Aintree (https://www.bedfactorydirect.co.uk/in-store-only/aintree-bed-megastore)) prior to ordering online, and also bear in mind there is what’s known as a bedding in period on mattresses, this is usually around 4 weeks, any new mattress will feel different to an old one, but in time it will win you over....

What are the measurements of the bed or mattress?

All our product pages have a "Specifications" tab that will provide you the measurements, coil and fillings information (on mattresses), accessories and possible storage information (on beds) and further details of the products.
